Work Permits for Ages 14-17
The North Quincy High School and Quincy High School Principals are designated to issue Youth Employment Permits on behalf of the Superintendent of Schools.
Quincy Public Schools students can bring the completed Youth Employment Permit Application to the main office of the high school where they are enrolled. (Contacts are Diane Pyle, NQHS 617-984-8745 and Christine Bassett, QHS 617-376-3355.)
Quincy residents who attend private schools are asked to provide a copy of their birth certificate, student id, and address along with the completed Youth Employment Permit Application. Private school students can bring their completed application to either high school main office or email these documents to Laura Owens at [email protected] or call 617-984-8702 for more information.
