Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I choose the location I want to use?

You may request a specific location, but we reserve the right to assign you the facility that best fits scheduling and prior reservations by other groups.

How do I rent a facility?

Fill out a Rental Application and return it with payment, a copy of a government picture ID for the individual making the rental (who MUST be present at the time of rental) and contact information including phone number(s).
Can’t I just call the school where I want to meet? That’s what I’ve done before….

Due to past scheduling conflicts, we have instituted a new policy whereby ALL reservations must be made through our Rental Coordinator’s Office. This simplifies the process for everyone – and assures that the facility that you need is available when you need it!

I’ve got an event happening soon. How quickly can I make a reservation?

We require reservations two weeks before a scheduled event.

I still have questions. Who can I contact?

You can contact Kevin Segalla or call Doreen at Rental Coordinators Office at 617-984-8852.
