What to Expect from the Aspire EAP
- You and your family members are entitled to two free sessions with a licensed professional.
- Your employer does not have access to any records from your sessions.
- Sessions can cover a range of topics, including:
- Personal experiences, concerns, or goals
- Educational, diagnostic, or therapeutic discussions
- Performance-related guidance
- Consultation for individuals, families, children, or couples
- After the initial sessions, ongoing support may be available through your insurance.
- You’ll have access to highly qualified, licensed therapists with various clinical specialties.
