Quincy Public Schools is proud to celebrate four talented student artists recently recognized by the prestigious Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards have a long-standing reputation for identifying and honoring creative young minds in the visual arts.
We offer special congratulations to Quincy High School senior Ibrahim Yacouty who earned a Gold Key Award for his comic art, "A Symphony in Colors" (pictured below.)

North Quincy High School students Natasha Chieng, Galayna Willis, and Lily Chen were also recognized for their submissions. Natasha's "Snip + Save" earned a Silver Key Award, while Galayna's "Self Image" (pictured above) and Lily's "Chasing Hope" each received Honorable Mentions.
The entire Quincy Public Schools community extends our congratulations to these students for their well-deserved recognition. We are grateful for their contributions to our visual arts program!
